The 10 Pack Brass Pool Cover Anchors for Concrete & Pavers are an excellent alternative to the expensive anchors sold by pool cover companies. At just $28 for a pack of 10, these anchors are a great value.
These anchors are the same weight and type as the original anchors that came with my pool cover. I expect these anchors to perform just as well as the original ones.
I was pleased to see that the anchors were easy to install with the Loctite Polyurethane Construction Adhesive suggested by another buyer. The adhesive adds extra holding strength to the concrete while also sealing out water below the anchor.
I found it easy to apply the adhesive using just my finger and some scrap aluminum to protect the brass. I also appreciated the suggestion to use a rag to wipe up excess adhesive and to trim off small bubbles with a razor blade the next day.

When installing these anchors, you will need a hammer, 3/4" concrete bit, and hammer drill. I also recommend using a tamping tool to set the anchors in place.
While it is possible to just hammer in the anchors, doing so can cause damage to the soft brass.
