Lisa Nacrelli was caught red handed on security cam trying to lure a 4 year old away from his home and to her own home. She can be seen stroking the child's head and leaning in uncomfortably close. Lisa Nacrelli, 44, has now been charged with enticement of a child with other charges pending.

Is this normal behavior in Norwood, Ohio? Lisa Nacrelli says she was ONLY EVER trying to help the boy. She didn't make the fake CPS credentials to Kidnap the child, it was only to scare the parents. A plan she said she formulated while under the influence.
