Schools must tell parents if their child changes gender identity under new policy

Rishi Sunak is set to bring in a new policy that means schools will be forced to tell parents if students are questioning their gender under new Government guidance to be published this week.

This comes after a teacher branded a Year 8 pupil 'despicable' after she rejected a classmate's claim that she identified as a cat.
