Paul: Advancing Christ

Paul was "set to be a light" to the Gentiles unto the ends of the earth. On his first missionary journey with Barnabas they advanced the cause of Christ in what is modern day Turkey, then a place of great idolatry. Being seen as gods by the locals, they commanded the people to worship Jesus alone.
