John Greenwald of The Black Vault, who engages in endless Freedom of Information requests (FOIA), has obtained a document about the reaction of Pentagon officials to Lue Elizondo's resignation. I think this illustrates in microcosm how the secret UAP program reveals by whistleblower David Grusch could exist.
