Dumped NHS PPE near Totton Football Ground, Hampshire: 23rd June 2023

In my opinion, this is way beyond fly-tipping:
1) It would have taken several lorry loads to bring this stuff here.
2) It would have taken far more than one day given the amount and the way the PPE is neatly stacked.
3) It is not possible that it was left here without anyone seeing any activity, especially given it is near residential property.
