We are asking for all Alaskans to come together to protect Alaska’s constitution and our citizen Grand Juries’ right to investigate and fix government corruption.

On June 23, in the Kenai courthouse, Judge Margaret Murphy will be arraigned on felony perjury charges in connection with a 12 month and ongoing Kenai Grand Jury investigation into state-wide judicial corruption. This investigation, indictment, and arraignment comes after 30 years of unconstitutional suppression, by government officials, of Alaska Grand Jury rights to investigate and indict government officials.

Alaska Grand Jurors Association believes it is critical that Alaskan citizens attend Judge Murphy’s arraignment, to show the government that the public is watching and, more importantly, to show the Kenai Grand Jury we honor their bravery and have their back; especially since both Alaska’s Supreme Court and Deputy Attorney General recently tried to stop the Kenai Grand Jury from finishing its investigation or indicting anyone. (See Supreme Court Order 1993 and its accompanying memorandum dated November 22, 2022.)

If the Kenai Grand Jury sees that the public supports them, how many more corrupt officials might they investigate and indict before they are finished?

And we may never know the true harm if we fail to back up the Kenai Grand Jury:
