6 He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.

God is our rock and salvation.

As the Bible reminds us many times, He is always there. He shall never leave or forsake you as it states in Deuteronomy 31:6!

Sabbath is a time to reflect on Him.

Fill your mind with God’s Word. True rest is found in Him only.
