Ingredients:
- 1/4 lime
- A handful of mint leaves (10-15)
- Sugar syrup to taste
- 30-45ml white rum
- Stirred over ice
- Topped with soda water
- Garnished with a lime wedge and mint sprig

Method:
1. Muddle the lime in a glass to release its juices and oils.
2. Gently slap the mint leaves between your hands to awaken their fragrance.
3. Add the slapped mint leaves to the glass.
4. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
5. Pour in the sugar syrup and white rum.
6. Stir the mixture to combine the flavours.
7. Add crushed ice. Top it off with soda water.
8. Build a little more crushed ice.
9. Give it a final stir, and your Mojito is ready to enjoy!
10. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
