It's easier for ESTJs to overlook Si, in a Te-Ne loop, focusing on Ne, the will of others, in a quasi-ENFP mode; but for ISTJs, Si is their Hero function and focusing on Ne while ignoring Si puts them in Ne-grip stress mode, which is far less "fun" for them.
