Here are all the supplements I’m currently taking! The first three I get off amazon and are in my Amazon storefront under “mommy essentials”. The last two are from @flovitamins

I used to take the flo vitamins regularly but I got tired of the taste. Now they have capsules! Very excited to try them and hope they work as well!

This specific brand of prenatals I do not like. They taste bad. This is my second bottle but I won’t be buying them again. I may try to find something else or I might just stop taking them.

We shall see!

I really think the DIMs are helping with my hormonal acne! And I know it’s working because when I pee in the mornings it’s orange!

And it’s nice because you get 60 capsules in a bottle so it’s a two month supply.

The liver pills are nasty at all really. Especially compared to the prenatals.
