SC - "Dumb Video" - PvP

Recycling my crappy footage a day later. I'm such scum. J this ones for you bud. Ill say it again. I shouldn't be criminalized for killing a bounty in the current state of the game. It ridiculous every time I try to be lawful and bounty hunt that these fugitives hid on their buddies vessel and I am unable to do anything without incurring a Crime Stat and losing the bounty. Hope you enjoy the recycled footage, or not lol.
