For those who love raving or for those who just hate cardio, The DnB Rave Step Program is a one stop shop for most of the cool stepping videos on Youtube. If you are like me, you are easily confused when watching someone do DnB V-Step, DnB Skank and Shuffle dance. I struggled to learn many of these movements, as I kept having to rewind specific parts of people’s videos over and over.

The DnB Rave Step Program is designed to overcome this problem. Each video is just over 5 minutes and they all focus on only 1 step. I break down when to move the foot forwards or backwards. I explain if you should put a flat foot, toe, heel or keep the foot up. I provide the angles to use and offer 3 tempos.

I hope this program will help people bust out some incredible moves at raves throughout 2023 and beyond. We all have different minds, bodies and styles, so even though the steps might be the same, every person has their own flow and style.

For people who hate cardio, I know the feeling. Honestly, the last 5 months has been great. I go to the studio in my gym alone or sometimes with my raving partner Brad (see Rave Calories Videos) and either learn new steps or just dance using the steps I know to my favourite drum n bass tracks. It doesn’t feel like cardio and it’s really fun if there’s a few of you.
