Brysentia Speaks of an Overlay, Elves, Fairies, Magical Times 06-23-23

Someone asked a question after the last teleconference about whether there was an overlay or something that was keeping the Scandinavian (She was from Norway) countries suppressed. I decided to ask Brysential to look at that this morning and the answer was unexpected!!

The overlay came as a form of protection before Atlantis and the dark energy!! I sense a longer channel to perhaps communicate with these people to see what might need to be done.
