The sad news about the ultimate fate of the submersible Titan came yesterday afternoon. Apparently, in a fraction of a second, the vessel imploded-taking with it the lives of all five on board. Now there a new questions that must be addressed. Why was a submersible that was only certified to a depth of 4000 feet allowed to sink to 12,000 feet? Who, in their right mind, would think that that was acceptable and a safe thing to do? And the Navy admitted, albeit reluctantly, that it heard the implosion when it happened…shortly after it started its journey. If that’s the case, why didn’t it tell the Coast Guard? Why was the world allowed to ‘hope’ when they already knew that all hope was lost? Will they attempt to recover the bodies? Are there any remains left to recover? PLUS…a clip from Lara Logan’s interview with Clay Clark about AI…our loss of freedoms…what lies ahead…can we fix it or is it already too late. It’s an interesting program and we’re glad you joined us. We truly appreciate you making us a part of your day.
