With Joe Rogan and Elon Musk giving Bobby Kennedy a forum in which to speak and to question prevailing orthodoxies, the censors, authoritarians, and vaccine fetishists are having what some child psychologists call an extinction burst.

As Behavioral Health Works defines extinction burst in a presentation on “Treatment for Autism & Related Disorders:”

An extinction burst occurs when there is an increase in the frequency or intensity of the unwanted behavior when the extinction method is being used. For example … the child [cries] louder in an effort to push the parent to their breaking point.

As journalists at the New York Times, Washington Post, and Vice—as well as Vaccine Pontifex Maximus, Peter Hotez—lost their censorship power, they are increasingly acting like a bewildered two-year-old who can no longer push his parents around by having tantrums. His “extinction burst” is something akin to a retreating army using tactical nuclear weapons in a final, desperate gambit to avoid losing the war.

As Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s voice in favor of the First Amendment and other principles of Classical Liberalism becomes stronger, watch for authoritarians and censors to have extinction bursts with increasing frequency.
