The festival in the ancient city of Ephesus begins with the ballet Sleeping Beauty

The 6th International Ephesus Opera and Ballet Festival, organised by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, will begin with the premiere of the famous Russian composer Tchaikovsky's "Sleeping Beauty" ballet.

Ayşem Sunal Savaşkurt, Director of Istanbul State Opera and Ballet (İDOB), who directed and arranged the work, told AA correspondent that they prepared the ballet "Sleeping Beauty", the most difficult and academic work of the classical ballet repertoire, for the opening of the festival.
