Splines & Brakes Clutches & Gears 3

I start the set up to grind the center of the gear that had the bore scored by the two keyways shearing and galling the bore. I mount and machine a set of soft jaws to hold the gear so it will run true , the gear pitch and the side thrust surfaces before grinding the bore true again.
