Heavy Bag Workout #2 🥊 3 PUNCH COMBOS

So many times when people are hitting the heavy bag they fall into the same combos over and over again. While this is good to drill over and over to get a particular combo you really have to switch to different combos and not fall into the same trap of repeating the same thing!

In this video, we will be doing 3 rounds of 1:30 of work and a 1 minute rest in between the rounds. I will be calling out the combos before you throw and we will repeat the combos 3x in a row before moving on to the next combo. The last 10s of the round we will do a punchout (watch the video to find out). The combos will appear on the screen as well.

Combos change after every set of 3
