" that thing you do. " Abraham jumps right in to explain that a-lot of times what is keeping us tied to resistance is the continual action of doing " that thing you do. " For example, let's say that you have friend, and she loves to call you so that you can be the sounding board for all her negative talk about her ex- boyfriend who happens to have been a total beast to her. You reluctantly listen in, and join her in that conversation, your original plan was not to join in, but the gossip of it all got the best of you and so you dragged that pig [ verbally speaking of course] in the mud. Your vibrational stance prior to the call was ok, you had an okay vibrational receptivity in the moment and then in the middle of the call your vibrational stance took a vibrational nose dive down because of the call. Now we all do this, this is not an indictment of you or your habit. We all have things that we do, that turn us either vibrationally up or vibrationally down, it all depends on what we do vibrationally.
