Julia Cartwright is the representative for TPUSA in San Diego, Orange County, and Hawaii for all college chapters. She joined TPUSA in January of 2021 at Arizona State University, where she later became the TPUSA chapter President.

"Cancel culture is real, and it can be extremely terrifying being a conservative on campus. That’s why it has become a passion of mine to create a space where students can go and be themselves. To belong to a group where everyone may not agree but respects each individual’s right to their own opinions and thoughts. It sounds really simple, but I truly believe we beat the left by empowering young adults to not be afraid to speak up for what they believe in and to be themselves, even on a liberal campus. We do that by creating strong communities, and from student to staff, I have never felt more supported by an organization or group than TPUSA."
