During a walkabout at the Food Lovers Market’s Waterfall Ridge store in Midrand, Travis Coppin said they were seeing the impact of the struggling economy and unpredictable power supply in how consumers were adapting their spending habits. There were new spending patterns for meat sales and the cheese sales were now low, while prawns were being priced out of the market.
