One that has gained my person attention is stratospheric aerosol injection ASI. A method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that reflect the suns heat in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do. An ASI program could limit global temperate increases”

He then goes on to say stratospheric aerosol injection ASI alone won’t be enough and they’re working on MORE programs….. Remember Obama is WEF.
