During a visit by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday, Joe Biden appeared to put his hand over his heart for the Indian national anthem before realizing it wasn't the United States' anthem. As the two exited the stage after the event, Joe Biden appeared to cling to Modi's hand awkwardly, even after Jill Biden ran up to the both of them.
