Walk Away This Way

Kelly Clarkson and Aerosmith with songs about walking and ways make up the Segue City Special as Friday sails into view and our job here is finished until Monday. With all the liquid sunshine falling on into next week we may need boats of our own to get around in. Everybody's water bill is going down because all the grass and plants are certainly getting watered so there's another benefit right there...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...

At least that’s the idea… your mileage may vary, check with your dealer; so, you don’t forget order before midnight; operators standing by for your important call; Our talent is on loan from God. We just pray He'll let us finish another segue for tomorrow; Member FDIC; Licensed drivers only; This offer is void where prohibited by law and especially in California and New York; Betcha can’t eat just one...

This feature is a five-time winner of the Thomas J. Duke Memorial Music Segue and BBQ Cook-Off Award. Yes, we just keep on winning and it's the sound of music every day...
