DNA manipulation to shorten human life

Maxwell talks about how 200,000 years ago an artificial mutation took place in chromosome 2. Chromosome 2 was manipulated. It was taken out and fused together and two telomere capsules were put on each end. As a result, shortened human lifespan at a cap of 120 years.
