Boy Scouts and veterans of the Civil, Spanish, and World Wars decorate graves. Addresses are made in the old amphitheater. Gen. Miles leads a parade from the White House to Arlington. Sec. of War Baker and Gen. March speak as the new amphitheater is dedicated. Gens. John A. Lejeune and Hanson E. Ely and veterans and soldiers of the 2nd Division decorate graves and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on Feb. 12, 1920.
