The commercial features rapper Jadakiss spitting bars over a beat made of Iverson’s basketball sounds, such as dribbling, squeaking and swishing. The ad showcases Iverson’s skills, style and swagger on the court, as well as his cultural impact and influence on hip-hop and fashion.

The Reebok A5 Jadakiss and Allen Iverson Commercial is a lesson on how not to other Black culture and one of the first examples of basketball embracing hip-hop in a way that wasn’t watered down.
