Dr Morgan Nolte interview

The reason that animal-based eating
causes LDL levels to show higher is
-not due to you making more, but
-your liver stops making it since
you are eating more
-liver doesn't pick it up from blood

Person who has low insulin, low
triglycerides, high HDL, & low
inflammation markers...
-but has high LDL
IS THAT THE SAME AS
person with high LDL & high
blood sugar, insulin, low HDL etc.?
NO--opposite people

Physicians agree that a type 1 diabetic
who is out of control [blood sugars
very high] is high risk for heart disease
-because triglycerides high, HDL low
Question: what level LDL?
-LDL will be low
Example
100 diabetics 50 years old
match [same weight] as
100 non-diabetics
Q: who will have higher LDL?
A: non-diabetics have higher LDL

Diabetics have a higher risk of
getting heart disease [but LDL lower]
Case
Several diabetic patients said:
-will go low carb & intermittent fast
so have same low blood sugar
as normal person
-These type 1 diabetics achieved it!
-Blood sugars & triglycerides DOWN
-HDL UP & LDL UP DRAMATICALLY

Check...
-maintains low blood sugar
-excellent blood markers
"Why would body be so stupid to
get EVERYTHING NORMAL, but
LDL GO UP?"
