Does End-Times Prophecy Require a Third Temple in Jerusalem?

During the Olivet prophecy, Jesus foretold the ultimate fulfilment of an event described in Daniel that predicted the cessation of animal sacrifices at the Temple mount, speaking of a time yet ahead. Animal sacrifices have not occurred on the Temple Mount for nearly 2000 years. Does this end-time prophecy require a 3rd Temple in Jerusalem?
