While you may start with a very small habit, over time you may find that you're able to do more without feeling overwhelmed.

It's okay to adjust your habits based on your current level of motivation and energy.

It's also important to recognize that just because you set a goal to do a habit every day, it doesn't mean that you have to stick to that goal forever.

If a habit no longer serves you or feels like it's adding unnecessary stress to your life, it's okay to let it go and focus on something else that feels more aligned with your current goals and priorities.
