Rough.
Too many snare 🥁 fills, uncontrolled rim shots, not intentional.

Solution will involve either bringing seat 💺 up or tilting leading edge of snare edge downward.

Lesson for today. Take the extra time to adapt the drum , pedals and cymbals to your own specific skill set or taste 👅

I have shitty non name brand cymbals ( but I have in the past ) …. So I’ve adopted a chinky side strike on the cymbals where I often only hit the hanging ones ( made myself out of boredom ) with the rod edge of the sticks because you can do anything you want if you are a drummer. Absolutely anything.

Apply that unrestrained enthusiasm and grit to all aspects of your life…. Except gardening 👨‍🌾
