Hunter Biden has been scheduled to make his initial appearance in federal court in Delaware on July 26th after agreeing to plead guilty to two counts of tax evasion and a firearm offense.

The order for Biden, who is the youngest son of President Joe Biden, to appear in federal court in Wilmington, Delaware was issued by U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika on Wednesday.

This order follows the announcement by the Justice Department that Biden had reached an agreement to resolve federal tax and gun charges, concluding a five-year-long criminal investigation, USA Today reported.
