Running 5K Every Day For 30 Days! (Before & After Results)

Hi guys, this video shows the results of running 5k every day for 30 days.
The running programme I followed:
Week 1 - run 2k, walking rest 5 minutes, run 2k, walking rest 5 minutes, run 1k.
Week 2 - run 2.5k, walking rest 10 minutes, run 2.5k.
Week 3 - run 3k, walking rest 5 minutes, run 2k.
Week 4 - run 5k
(All runs started with a warm up and ended with a warm down)
