The original plan for this building was for it to be a hotel, which ironically, it is now. However, business fell through so the Eisenbierz family decided to turn it into their home. In 1902, Charles Eisenbierz ended up dying and his wife left the house to remarry. Many years passed and around 1968, the building became the hotel it was built for. It has been told that rooms 302, 304 and 306 are haunted. People have explained that they have heard footsteps above these rooms in the attic and glasses are being reported to turn upside down unknowingly.
