✨🍅🧅TOMATO & ONION JAM🧅🍅✨

One of my all time favorites to put on a steak sandwich and sooo easy to make!!✨

Sautéed some diced onion in olive oil with some cane sugar (brown sugar would work wonders here, use what you got), garlic and onion powders, smoked paprika, mustard seeds and chili flakes🔥

Added diced tomatoes and it’s just low and slow at that point👌🏼

Full steak sandwich is in my previous reels and I’ll be posting the recipe for oven-baked fries later on this week😇
