Gaetz Amendment: Make the Gulf Test Range Fully Operational Again

America’s Gulf Test Range, where we test military capabilities to defeat China, was shut down due to the “discovery” of 51 whales. It is still not fully operational.

A serious nation would not sacrifice national security for the sake of accommodating whales.

My NDAA amendment will direct Secretary Austin to issue an order that will ease the process of allowing the Gulf Test Range to become fully operational again.
