We're back at another train museum! This time it's the Willaford Railroad Museum in Plant City Florida. This museum is semi-famous for its train viewing platform at a railroad diamond. All day several Amtrak, CSX, and other trains roll through which makes it a hotspot for rail enthusiasts. This museum doesn't have a large amount of rolling stock, but its most notable piece of railroad equipment is an Atlantic Coastline switcher number 508. There is mainly railroad memorabilia and tools inside the museum, but the biggest item is an HO scale train set that replicates the town of Plant City. The museum is free to enter and is very well kept. I give it a rating of 4/5.

Official Description: The Robert W. Willaford Railroad Museum is located in the Historic Train Depot in Downtown Plant City. The Train Viewing Platform, located adjacent to the museum, is open seven days a week. It is well lit for great train viewing in the evenings.

Address: 102 N Palmer St, Plant City, FL 33563
