A Detroit Police vehicle with a customized rainbow-colored hood was out by the city’s Pride flag-raising ceremony earlier this month. The annual event was held in Downtown Detroit at Spirit Plaza in recognition of Pride Month. An officer said the DPD vehicle is maintained like this year-round.
