8 months ago I posted this 1-minute excerpt of a 2.5 hour lecture of Dr Pierre Gilbert in 1995 where he explains the technology they already have (1995). I posted a lot of stuff in the DESCRIPTION BOX of this 1-minute video including the ZOMBIE PICS on the CDC site & Amazon's 2016 Zombie clauses.

Here is what Dr Pierre Gilbert said in this 1995 lecture:
"In the biological destruction there are the organized tempests on the magnetic fields. What will follow is the contamination of the bloodstreams of mankind creating intentional infections. This will be enforced via laws that make vaccination mandatory. And these vaccines will make possible to control people. The vaccines will have liquid crystals that will become hosted in the brain cells, which will become micro receivers of electromagnetic fields where waves of very very low frequencies will be sent. And through these low frequency waves people will be unable to think, you will be turned into a zombie. Don't think of it as an hypothesis... this has been done. Think of Rwanda! (A year earlier in 1994 they had the Rwanda slaughter each other and the below link is where Joe Vialls tells us what really made it happen).
