Guide dog, Luca steal hearts and raise funds for SA Guide-Dogs Association for the Blind

Pick n Pay sponsored a black Labrador puppy, Luca, which has subsequently been trained as a visually impaired helper from the SA Guide-Dogs Association for the Blind and donated to his new deaf and visually impaired new owner Jenny Pretorius in Fish Hoek late last year. In celebration of the Association’s 70th birthday celebrations - 70 Days of Giving where they aim to raise R700 000 in 70 days (https://guidedog.org.za/70-days-of-giving/) – Pick n Pay is once again donating another R100,000 to support. Luca’s star status is growing as his face is now on the latest Pick n Pay reusable shopping bag, and proceeds from this bag will be donated to SA Guide-Dogs Association for the Blind.
