Evolution Rage4 Chop Saw Using Diablo Steel Demon Blade to Cut 1/2" Rebar

This video shows how I cut some 1/2" rebar using the Evolution Rage4 Chop Saw with a 7" (180mm) Diablo Steel Demon saw blade installed.

I needed twenty-four 9" lengths of rebar for a garden steps project I was working on. The rebar was salvaged from a demolished patio 20+ years ago and had been sitting out in the weather unprotected. It had a layer of rust on the outside, but was still serviceable for this project.

I cleaned up the cut ends of the rebar using the wire wheel on my grinder.
