2020 election multiple ballots same signature

During a audit in 2020 a lady that is counting ballots asks her supervisor when we're done with the audit there's still the opportunity to challenge the fact that we have multiple ballots with a very same signature?
Shes told by her supervisor I don't think challenges the right word and isn't concerned about the duplicate signatures thats been found, she just wants to count done.
