Glitch in the Matrix? Bird spotted STUCK in MID air

this was actually explained.. the electrical current is keeping the bird stuck in mid air, since its raining, the rain coincides the voltage output by ten fold, it acts as a support beam keeping the bird in a standstill position.......... I have NO IDEA what im talking about and just made that whole thing up HAHA
