You should be eating the right amount of the right stuff at the right time to support your goals. Your BMR is the minimum number of calories needed to keep the machine running at idle. If you are eating below that nothing good will happen. If you don’t know if you are or not, it’s time to figure it out.

I used to do the math.
Now I just step on the scale.
