20230620 In Which I Receive an Important Lesson on Depression Triggers

Last week a dear friend passed after a long battle with ill health. His life celebration was last weekend, and in fairly typical fashion, my family neglected to tell me about it until 15 minutes after it started.

I still made it in time for the eulogies, yay me.

This kicked off a week in which I learned an important lesson on what does and does not trigger my depression.
