Putin shows a film about the atrocities committed by Ukrainian Banderites during WW2.

Stephan Bandera, the leader of the "Banderites", is now a celebrated hero in Ukraine and the Ukranian neo-nazis proudly proclaim themselves to be Banderites (just not on the internet).
Banderites partnered with Hitler to kill Jews and Poles during WW2 and their methods were so horrific that even the SS leadership voiced their concerns to Hitler.
The US put todays Banderites in charge of Ukraine following their 2014 coup and now support them in their proxy war against Russia.
