Guaranteed bond for accused murderers? The George Brauchler Show - June 21, 2023

Should accused murderers be guaranteed bond regardless of the case against them?  Would you be in favor of bond for the Club Q shooter?  George highlights a Colorado Supreme Court decisions saying. since the state does not have Capital Punishment, our state constitution says you can't deny bond to accused murderers, regardless of evidence against them.  Why isn't this a bigger story?
