Are the Aliens as Intelligent as We Give Them Credit For?

In this clip, I discuss whether the aliens that have (potentially) been visiting Earth are as intelligent as we give them credit for or if they are just highly adapted creatures with particular abilities that we don't have (like chameleons, for example).
