The 28th Amendment - Ban ALL ARs Says California Gov!

This is a breakdown of the pretty well known proposal for the 28th amendment and how absolutely idiotic it really is. I will actually breakdown the stats on and reasonings why nothing in this proposal is good, does what they say it does, or is justifiable in any reason other than "guns bad, ban guns" like they claim they don't actually want to do.
